Jewelry & Necklaces (via Etsy)
All personalized jewelry is made to order and ships from the United States.
Processing time: 2-5 business days. Each piece is crafted with your custom message card after your order is placed.
Shipping time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US after processing. International shipping is available and typically takes 10-15 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Free shipping: Standard shipping is included on all jewelry orders within the United States.
Affiliate Products (Amazon, Partner Brands)
Some products on our Shop page link to Amazon.com or other partner retailers. These items ship directly from those retailers according to their own shipping policies. GiftsHugs does not handle shipping for affiliate products. Amazon Prime members typically receive free 1-2 day shipping on eligible items.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (journals, guides, printables) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
Return & Refund Policy
Changed your mind or something arrived wrong? Here's exactly how returns work — no fine print.
Message-Card Jewelry (Etsy orders)
Every necklace is made to order: your message card is printed and the piece is assembled after you check out. Because it's made just for you, we can't resell it — so message-card jewelry is final sale.
The exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Non-Personalized Items
Any non-personalized items we sell (gift boxes, accessories) can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they're unworn and in their original packaging.
Affiliate Products
Products purchased through our Amazon affiliate links are covered by Amazon's return policy. Please contact Amazon directly for returns on those items.
How to Start a Return or Replacement
It's three steps:
1. Email us at hello@giftshugs.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue. (Ordered on Etsy? Include your Etsy order number — or just message us through Etsy.)
2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours on business days with your return or replacement confirmation.
3. Ship it back (only if we ask you to) using the instructions we send you.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we do — replacement or return shipping is on us, always.
Change-of-mind returns (non-personalized items only): you cover the return shipping.
Refund & Replacement Timing
Replacements ship within 3–5 business days of approval, with tracking emailed to you.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and go back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days after that.
Sale items: discounted pieces follow the same policy above — final sale if personalized, 30-day returns if not.

Weighted & Sensory Blankets — Deep-pressure stimulation blankets for oxytocin activation and cortisol reduction. Available through our Amazon affiliate partners. Price range: $35 - $150.
Aromatherapy & Stress-Relief — Essential oil diffuser sets with lavender and bergamot blends clinically shown to reduce cortisol. Available through our Amazon affiliate partners. Price range: $12 - $45.

Information we collect: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you purchase through our Etsy shop, Etsy handles all payment and personal information according to their privacy policy.
How we use your information: Email addresses are used solely to send our weekly newsletter. We never sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
